Cataracts and Eating Brown Eggs

Did you know that if you have cataracts, eating brown eggs can be better for you than eating white eggs? Pause...... I bet you just rolled your eyes and thought, "Just when I thought this blog might be amusing, she spouts another crackpot theory to go along with horse tranquilizers or water has memory." Well, don't make hasty assumptions. Read on..


Every time I made hard boiled eggs, no matter what recipe I used, and I tried many, I found that peeling them was a pain. I always wound up with bits of egg shell in my mouth. My vision isn't great so I missed slivers, and I was disgusted by the crunch sound as I bit into the shell. So, this week, through no brilliance of mine, I used my brown eggs (on sale at Trader Joe's) and .... drum roll here..... I could see all the annoying bits of shell and I removed them before I began to eat. That was extremely satisfying and I'm sharing it with you, certain that it go viral in moments. Am I am influencer yet?
